An interview satisfaction survey is obtained from a candidate that has attended an interview in an organization recently. The purpose of the survey is to obtain feedback from the candidate who has been interviewed in order to improve the interview process. As interview in any organization is a private affair and only the interviewer and interviewee are allowed to be present, a survey can help identify the effectiveness of the interview process.

The survey has mostly only objective questions but can seek subjective recommendations also from the interviewee in order to get better results of the interview process.
