A self assessment leadership survey is one that is obtained from employee of an organization who is in a senior and management position. The aim of the survey is to recognize the qualities that the leader who is heading the organization possesses. The survey seeks information with regard to the various styles of leadership roles played by the leader in implementing decisions taken on behalf of the management of the organization.
